Norman is a strategic finance and operations executive with 20+ years of global experience across industries like E-Commerce, Tech, Mining, and Energy. A Certified Management Consultant and Management Accountant, he excels in scaling businesses, financial due diligence, and enterprise strategy. He holds an MBA from Telfer School of Management and a BCom from Rhodes University. Norman’s expertise includes budgeting, scenario planning, analytics, and change leadership.
